• Membership and payments — membership type, status, card/QR identifiers, payment method metadata, amounts, and transaction status. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored in full on our servers.
• Bookings, events, and community features — hall booking details, ticket purchases, donation records, directory listings, and similar content you submit when those features are enabled.
• Device and usage data — app version, device type, approximate logs needed for security and support, and IP address when you access our servers.
• Communications — messages you send us, and notices we send you (email/SMS) when configured.

We use personal information to:

• Provide and manage membership, digital cards, and verification
• Process payments and send receipts or reminders
• Operate bookings, events, donations, and other enabled features

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain membership and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the organization, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion through the app; some records may be retained where we must keep them by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Children

The Service is intended for membership communities and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Contact us if you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately.

7. Your choices
