These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arain Association of Canada membership mobile application and related member portal (the "Service"), operated by Arain Association of Canada ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, applying for membership, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering or applying for membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@araincanada.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Membership

Membership types, fees, duration, and benefits are set by Arain Association of Canada and may change with reasonable notice. Approval of applications, suspension, or termination of membership is at our discretion in accordance with our policies. Digital membership cards and QR codes are for verification of membership status and must not be shared or altered.

3. Payments

Fees for membership, hall bookings, events, donations, or other offerings may be paid by card, e-transfer, bank transfer, cash, or other methods we enable. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize charges for amounts you confirm. Refunds, if any, follow Arain Association of Canada's refund policy.

4. Bookings, events, and community features

Hall bookings, event tickets, donations, directory listings, matrimonial, rentals, and similar features (when enabled) are subject to additional rules posted in the Service. You agree not to misuse these features, post unlawful content, or harass others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; use the Service for illegal purposes; or scrape data without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Service software is provided by our technology partner. Arain Association of Canada branding, logos, and content you see in the app remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to use it to operate membership and community features.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Membership verification results depend on data we maintain and may not be used as a government ID.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arain Association of Canada and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version in the app or on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
